Laurel Mucha

(no subject)

Taking a brief break in my day of housekeeping while working lines. I was supposed to go on the girl-glam sari shopping expedition with [info]yamguitar, [info]supergoober, [info]karmakeys, and Rivka today, but the guilt over the house in shambles plus the abject terror of stepping on stage next week to perform a role I've never rehearsed and was originated by another actress took me over. I think I'm doing okay with the lines despite my falling off the one hour a day wagon long ago. I've seen the show three times and will see it again shadowing Maia on the 25th. Still, it'll be hard to jump in in front of an audience on Wednesday next without having ever run the whole show in rehearsal. The good news may be that the attendance has been very light for weekday shows and it may be a bit of a rehearsal anyway.

In other news, the show I'm directing opens THIS THURSDAY at Georgia State...
